This natural Sumatra turns expectations on their head with a cup that’s as bright as it is grounding. Notes of watermelon and raspberry burst forward, giving way to a velvety, dark-chocolate finish that feels both lush and refreshingly clean. Grown at 1,400 masl in the cool mountain air of Central Aceh, the slower cherry maturation builds concentrated sweetness and smooth acidity. Produced by the Meukat Komuditi Gayo cooperative, nearly 450 smallholder farmers have worked together since 2017. This coffee highlights the region’s deep cacao richness and a fresh red-fruit vibrancy.
