Panther Coffee’s Honduras COMICOVEL is brought to you by the COMICOVEL Cooperative, a group of 210 smallholder producers in the Opalaca mountains of Honduras who grow organically and farm under sustainable agroforestry practices. This washed-process Lempira lot is cultivated at approximately 1,500 meters and yields a clean, balanced cup. Expect notes of almond and brown sugar, red plum, and a welcome chocolate finish.
