This Red Honey processed coffee was sourced from San Marcos in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica and was grown by Hermanos Solis at 1,650 - 2,000 meters above sea level. These catuai coffee cherries are hand-picked, quickly brought to their Don Oscar micromill, and then red honey processed for a deeply sweet cup. Caramel, toffee, and marzipan flavor notes are met with soft citrus-like acidity in this balanced, yet complex coffee.
