Colombian coffee is as diverse as the country itself, with each region offering something unique. This lot comes from FUDAM, a 300-member farmer association in Nariño that’s both Organic and Rainforest Alliance-certified. Farmers here follow meticulous practices, fermenting for 16–24 hours, washing multiple times, and drying slowly by either mechanical or traditional methods. The result is a sweet, caramel, cocoa profile with a chocolate finish.
