Unlike their year-round espresso blends, Equator doesn't attempt to maintain a fixed flavor profile for Eye of the Tiger. Instead, they work with in-season coffees to develop a blend that shows off the unique flavors of the components. Together these coffees produce a sweet and layered espresso with notes of brown sugar, cherry scone, and orange marmalade.
